GoLux Malaysia provides information and booking services for luxury chauffeur-driven vehicles, including but not limited to Toyota Alphard and Toyota Vellfire MPVs, for:

  • Airport transfers

  • Business/corporate chauffeur services

  • Private events & functions

  • Short- and long-term car hire with driver

All services are subject to availability, booking confirmation, and the terms outlined at the time of reservation.

3. Eligibility

By using this Website or making a booking, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age.

  • Possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

  • Will provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.

4. Booking & Payment

  1. Reservations: Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

  2. Payment Terms: Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card, online transfer, or cash (as specified during booking).

  3. Deposit/Advance Payment: Certain bookings may require advance payment or deposits.

  4. Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a full/partial refund.

    • Last-minute cancellations within 6 hours may result in forfeiture of deposit.

    • No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

  • Any damages caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct by passengers may be charged to the customer.

  • GoLux reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated, abusive, or unruly passengers.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • GoLux Malaysia shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or services.

  • While every effort is made to ensure timely service, GoLux Malaysia is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, accidents, or weather conditions.
